	Recommended	Volunteer Form	Use this form to indicate your availability to volunteer at various team events. Other than the paid coaches, there are no other pair staff. We are all volunteers and we ned your help to keep these programs and special events running as smoothly as possible.	n/a

		Athlete Code of Conduct	Each swimmer is expected to follow the Code of Conduct. Signing means you agree to live up to this code in order to show respect to your teammates, coaches, and the sport.	65 KB
		Parent Code of Conduct	Similar to the Code of Conduct, this version is intended to help the swimming parent to remember their role and responsibility, to be a positive role model, and to provide a positive support system for these athletes.	62 KB
